Passport America Campground Agreement

Passport America provides a FREE, no-cost service to campgrounds, significantly increasing occupancy and profits. This agreement defines the terms of the relationship between Passport America and the undersigned campground.

1. Each participating campground will sign this agreement with the following obligations agreed upon:

  • The agreement is perpetual, and may be cancelled by either party upon a sixty (60) day written notice, received by September 1 of each year before the printing of the following year's annual National Directory and updating Apps.
  • The campground agrees to honor Passport America cardholders for the entire year listing in the Passport America directory.
  • Each year the campground will be sent an information sheet to make all changes necessary for the following year's National Camping Directory ad and Apps at no charge to the campground owner.

2. Passport America's program is not a franchise and it is not involved in the management of properties. No investment in Passport America is accepted from any campground.

3. Participating campgrounds will provide sites upon a space availability basis only. No designated percentage need be reserved.

4. The spaces available to Passport America cardholders will be rented at 50% of the regular nightly rate.

5. Each campground will provide Passport America cardholders with a clean, secure and friendly place to camp and in general afford Passport America cardholders with the same rights and privileges offered to their regular customers.
