55+ Resort. PA not valid January - March, during holidays and/or special events. PA is valid for 6 consecutive nights per 30 day period. Minimum length of stay requirement varies based on time of year and/or date of stay. PA discount cannot be combined w/ any other discount, group rate, special offer or promotion. No restrooms or showers available. Pets are welcome according to breed. *Rates vary based on time of year, type of RV site and occupancy. PA discount is subject to availability.
Directions
Located in Northern Zephyrhills, FL and 25 miles NE of Tampa, FL. From Dade City, FL: Go south on US 301 for 5.1 miles then turn left on Wire Road for 1.6 miles.
