Enjoy the spacious heated swimming pool (open year-round), biking, bingo, ping pong, pool tables, wonderful clubhouse with catering kitchen, 25 acre lake with fishing-(license not required, non-motorized boats allowed), library with internet, 55 acre property, nature watching, chapel service & fitness center. There are 50 acres of paved and lighted streets for either bike riding or walking. Park Events: Enjoy live entertainment and dancing in Clubhouse every month during the winter season. Planned activities in season-dances, pot luck dinners, clubs, cards, trips, etc. Area Attractions: Within 5 miles from the park are some of the finest golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants in the area. Important Campground Notes
RV community for adults 55 and up. PA not valid December thru March. PA is valid April-November for up to 7 nights. Please call ahead to check availability. Credit cards accepted. No Smoking. Two dogs allowed (some breeds excluded - call for details). *Rate includes water, sewer and electric. Property is tax-exempt. Additional charge for WiFi & cable thru suppliers. Non-refundable deposit applicable.
Directions
From I-75: Take I-75 North or South to Exit 161. Go west on Jones Loop Road (towards restaurants). Continue until 2nd stoplight and take a left. Alligator Park will be approximately 1 mile ahead on the left. From US-41 (Tamiami Trail): Taylor Road is located just south of Punta Gorda. Coming from South, turn right on Taylor Road. Alligator Park about 200 yards on the right. Coming from North, turn left on Acline Rd & at the first stop sign turn right onto Taylor Rd. Alligator Park about 200 yards on the left.

WHAT A PARK!!! GREAT!!! We liked it soo much there!! They park RVS in between mobile homes and by themselves! VERY CLEAN-QUIET-lots of activities! VERY friendly people! we will be going there again!!!
