60 total RV sites, full hookups, back ins, pull thrus, water, and WiFi Hotspots. Can accommodate any size RV. We have hot showers, flush toilets and a laundry facility. The whole family can enjoy the many amenities we offer, such as: The Recreation Barn (pool table, foosball, darts, croquet & toys), a lounge with a TV (no TV reception but has a DVD/VCR player), library and board games, gift store with snacks and videos. In ground swimming pool, 2 Catch & Release ponds stocked with largemouth bass, 166 acres with marked hiking and mountain bike trails, playground, volleyball, horseshoes, badminton and a GOLF DRIVING RANGE. Important Campground Notes
Open May 15th through October 14th. PA discount is not valid on holidays and weekends (please see management for discounts during these times). Credit cards are not accepted. Pets are welcome, but not in rental units. *$3.00 additional for 50 amp service per day.
Directions
Located 5 miles from Poland, NY and 20 miles from Utica, NY. From Utica, NY - Route 12 North - take Rte 8 (Poland, Speculator Exit). Proceed North on Rte 8 to Poland, proceed 5 miles, turn right onto Hall road, then turn left onto Burt Road. The campground entrance is located .4 mile on the right.

This campground was a true gem. It was off the beaten path and a little rustic but so beautiful and fun. The people were so friendly. The sites were very spacious and nice. There was a pool, a walking trail, and lots to see. It was a beautiful place.
