Highlights
30 total RV sites, can accommodate RVs up to 50ft, back in and pull thrus sites, tent sites, 30/50 amp service, 21 room motel, 2 baths with shower, WiFi, laundry, security, 2 fishing ponds (catch and release), nature watching, canoeing, biking, and horseshoes. Park Events: On the 1st Saturday before the 4th of July, we have a big fireworks show at dusk. During the day there is a kids fishing tournament, kid games, water slides, and music at Bar-B-Q cook off. Large cash prizes. Area Attractions: Nearby fishing at the following lakes Lake Monticello, Lake Bob Sandlin, Lake Cypress, and Lake Wright Patman. Also nearby is a Wildlife Refuge (2 miles) and Bow Ranch (1 mile).

Directions
Located less than an hour N of Longview TX and W of Texarkana TX. Located 8 miles south of I-30 Exit 178. Just 1/4 mile North of intersection of State Hwy 67 and Texas State Hwy 259. Park is located on the right (east).
