Open May 15th thru October 15th. Reservations and drive-ups welcome. PA discount is not valid during holidays and holiday weekends. Credit cards accepted. No washers on our system. No smoking. Pets welcome. Some pet restrictions: max 2 pets per camper, no rottweilers or pit bulls, pets must be leashed and waste bags required when outside. *Additional fee for using credit cards. Rates are for 2 people. $5 for each additional person.

Located 8 miles from St Johnsburg, VT and 15 miles Lancaster, NH. From I-93 North: Head west on I-93 N toward Exit 1. Take exit 1 toward US-2. Merge onto VT-18 N. Turn right onto US-2 E. Continue for about 5 miles, and we'll be on your left!
