Located on one mile of beautiful river-frontage, right in the middle of the most popular tubing route - giving you the option of a trip and a half!. Offering beautiful tree-lined river front sites that are among the most beautiful on the Apple River. 361 total RV sites, dry camping only (no hookups), restrooms and showers, concessions, tubing on the Apple River, volleyball courts.
Important Campground Notes
Open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dry camping only (no RV hookups available). Pets under 25lbs allowed. *Rates are for two people, $10 for each additional person on the weekdays and $20 for each additional person on the weekends. Garbage deposit $30 ($20 refundable).
Directions
Located 7 miles from Stillwater, MN and 10 miles from Hudson, WI. From Hudson I-94 take the Somerset exit (4), take a left at the top of the ramp (old Highway 12). Go straight to County Road I. It will go past Willow River State Park and through Burkhardt. After Burkhardt you will go over a bridge and immediatly turn left on County Road I. Follow County Road I for approximately 10-11 miles while looking for Hide-A-Way signs. At the pink farmhouse turn right on 170th Ave and proceed about a mile following the signs.From Stillwater, from Highway 36 through downtown Stillwater, take a right on 35/64 and go over the bridge. Follow that to the Somerset Business Business 64 and V V Exit and take a right at the top of the ramp. Turn left at the stop sign. Go to the following stop sign and take another left and that road leads to the Hideaway.
